The NILScan platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by NILScan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NILScan and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including any decisions made in reliance on AI-generated analysis. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
